Cancellation & Refund Policy

At JAV Lifestyle, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order, request a refund, or make changes to your purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@javlifestyle.com with your Order ID and cancellation reason.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Order Modification
Changes to orders (such as address updates, size or color changes) can only be made before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
For urgent changes, please contact us at support@javlifestyle.com as soon as possible.
3. Return Eligibility
If you wish to return an item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed steps and eligibility.
In general:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Certain items such as personal care products, intimate wear, or sale items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and clearance reasons.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality team.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The item is used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
The return is requested beyond the allowed time frame.
The product was purchased during a clearance sale or marked as non-returnable.
The issue arises from misuse or improper handling by the customer.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Our team will review your claim and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
For approved returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
